Miguel A. Perilla, P.E. Is a recognized expert, engineer, and inventor who has dedicated most of his professional life to the design and construction of Delayed Coker Units for Foster Wheeler. Some reference Coker Units are Shell Martinez, California; Valero – Port Arthur, Texas; Valero – Texas City, Texas; Sincor – Jose, Venezuela; Sinclair -Tulsa, Oklahoma; OMV Petrom – Ploiesti, Rumania; and Tupraș, Izmit, Turkey.
